Your label printer is probably one of the most vital pieces of equipment your company has. If the printer stops producing good quality labels you will need it to be up and running again as soon as possible.
If your company prints a large amount of labels then there is a fair chance that your label printer will need servicing at some time.
Northern Label Systems offer a label printer repair service which offers value for money repairs on most makes of label printer. We offer two types of repair service:
- Return-To-Depot. With this repair service you can send your label printer to us and we will repair and return it to you (usually within 48 hours.) This plan is ideal for companies who have small desktop label printers, who have more than one label printer of for those who can do without their printer for a short time. We will call you when we have assessed the printer and let you know the cost of the repair and if any parts are needed.
- On-Site Repair. This is our most popular repair service and is ideal for companies that have larger label printers that are difficult to ship or for those who need their printer to be up and running as soon as possible. This service is only available in the north of England (Yorkshire, Lancashire, Lincolnshire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Co Durham., Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire , Cumbria , Northumberland.) One of our service engineers will call to repair your label printer usually within 24 hours (we can often arrange same day service calls – call for engineer availability.)

£50.00 per hour labour charge + parts + return carriage. |
On-Site Repair
£85.00 call-out charge (inc 30 minutes labour) + parts + £50.00 per hour additional labour if needed. |
