Zebra ZD611 Series

The Zebra ZD611 range is a high-performance compact desktop label printer series built for businesses requiring reliable barcode and label printing in retail, healthcare, warehousing, logistics and office environments. Designed as an upgrade to Zebra’s popular compact desktop printers, the ZD611 combines advanced features, modern connectivity and easy operation within a small footprint.

Available in both direct thermal and thermal transfer versions, the Zebra ZD611 supports a wide variety of applications including shipping labels, barcode labels, product labels, wristbands and receipt printing. Thermal transfer models support ribbon printing for long-lasting durable labels and include a full-colour 4.3 inch touch display as standard, providing an intuitive user interface for printer management and setup. Direct thermal models offer a simpler, lower-maintenance solution for short-life labels and do not include the colour display.

The ZD611 delivers print speeds of up to 8 inches per second and supports print widths up to 56 mm. Businesses can choose between standard 203 dpi resolution or optional 300 dpi resolution for smaller text, detailed graphics and high-density barcode printing.

Connectivity options include Ethernet, USB 2.0 and USB Host as standard, with optional Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity available for flexible integration into existing systems. The printer also supports Zebra’s ZPL II and EPL2 programming languages, making it compatible with many existing Zebra printer installations and software platforms.

The Zebra ZD611 supports a broad range of media including die-cut labels, continuous labels, tags, receipt paper and wristband materials. Optional accessories such as cutters, peelers, batteries and mounting brackets allow the printer to be adapted for specialist applications and mobile workflows.

Healthcare-specific models are available with disinfectant-ready plastics, UV-resistant housing and healthcare-certified power supplies for use in clinical and medical environments. RFID-enabled thermal transfer models are also available for businesses requiring RFID label encoding and tracking capabilities.
