Direct Thermal Labels for iDPRT iE4S and iE4P Printers
Our direct thermal labels are suitable for use with iDPRT iE4S and iE4P label printers operating in direct thermal mode. The labels produce clear text, barcodes and graphics without requiring ink, toner or a thermal transfer ribbon.
Compatible label rolls can use 12.5mm, 25mm or 38mm cores and must have a maximum outside diameter of 127mm. The printers accept media widths between 25mm and 118mm, including the backing paper. The maximum media width for this category is 118mm.
What Are Direct Thermal Labels?

Media width includes both the label and its backing paper. Label artwork must remain within the printer’s maximum printable width.
Standard and Top-Coated Direct Thermal Labels
Standard direct thermal paper labels are suitable for general shipping, warehouse and retail applications. Top-coated direct thermal labels provide additional protection against moisture, oils, handling and environmental exposure.
Direct thermal print can gradually fade when exposed to heat, sunlight or certain chemicals. For applications requiring greater durability or long-term identification, thermal transfer synthetic labels may be more suitable.
Choosing the Correct Labels
Before ordering, check the complete media width, roll diameter and core size. Your label rolls must not exceed 127mm in outside diameter and should be supplied on a compatible 12.5mm, 25mm or 38mm core.
