Paper Thermal Transfer Labels for AIMO T200 and T310 Printers
The paper thermal transfer labels in this category have been selected for use with the AIMO T200 and AIMO T310 label printers when operating in thermal transfer mode.
These labels are supplied on rolls with a 25mm (1") core and a maximum outside diameter of 127mm (5"). The overall media width is between 20mm and 115mm, making the rolls suitable for the media-handling capabilities of both printers.
What Are Paper Thermal Transfer Labels?
Paper thermal transfer labels are printed using a thermal transfer ribbon. Heat from the printer’s printhead transfers ink from the ribbon onto the surface of the label, producing clear text, graphics and barcodes.
Unlike direct thermal labels, thermal transfer paper does not have a heat-sensitive surface and cannot be printed correctly without a ribbon.
Thermal transfer printing normally produces a longer-lasting and more durable image than direct thermal printing. This makes paper thermal transfer labels suitable for applications where the printed information must remain clear and readable for longer.
Compatible Label-Roll Dimensions
Paper thermal transfer labels suitable for both printers should meet the following requirements:

The overall media width includes both the label and its backing paper. Because the backing paper is normally slightly wider than the label itself, you should check the complete roll width before ordering.
Although the printers can accept media up to 115mm wide, the printed design should remain within the shared maximum printable width of 106mm.

Wax-resin ribbons may be more suitable for coated paper labels or applications requiring greater resistance to rubbing and handling. The correct ribbon will depend on the paper surface, printer settings and required print durability.
The ribbon should be slightly wider than the label to help protect the printhead and ensure the complete label width can be printed.
Choosing the Correct Labels
Before ordering, check the label width, label length and total width of the backing paper. The overall media width must be between 20mm and 115mm, while the printable area should not exceed 106mm if the labels will be used in both AIMO T200 and T310 printers.
The roll must also have a 25mm core and must not exceed 127mm in outside diameter.
