The Zebra ZT231 range is a modern industrial label printer series designed to provide dependable high-volume label printing without the complexity or cost of larger industrial printer models. Available in both direct thermal and thermal transfer configurations, the Zebra ZT231 supports a wide range of barcode and shipping label applications. Direct thermal models are ideal for courier labels and short-life applications, while thermal transfer models use ribbon to create long-lasting, durable labels suitable for product identification, compliance labelling and warehouse operations.
The ZT231 features a large 4.3 inch full-colour touchscreen display with an intuitive menu system that simplifies printer setup, operation and troubleshooting. Zebra’s user-friendly interface reduces training time while providing quick access to printer settings, status updates and maintenance tools.
Designed to improve workflow efficiency, the Zebra ZT231 offers print speeds up to 12 inches per second at 203 dpi resolution, helping businesses increase productivity in busy environments. Optional 300 dpi resolution is available for applications requiring smaller text, detailed graphics or high-density barcodes.
