Q. Are these labels fully compatible with my Primera printer?

A. Yes. Our Primera DTM Print compatible labels are manufactured to the exact specifications required for the LX-series, including the correct core sizes (3-inch or 2-inch) and sensing marks.

 

Q. Can I use these labels with both Dye and Pigment inks?

A. We offer specific materials for both. Our Poly White Matte is ideal for pigment inks (LX2000e/LX3000e) to achieve maximum UV and water resistance, while our High Gloss stocks are perfect for vibrant dye-based printing.

 

Q. Do you offer "Clear" or "Transparent" compatible labels for Primera printers?

A. Yes, we supply Poly Clear Gloss inkjet material which is popular for the "no-label look" on transparent packaging, ensuring your product remains visible while the branding stays sharp.

 

Q. What is the difference between Primera and DTM Print?

A. DTM Print (formerly Primera Europe) is the European arm that handles Primera’s technology. Our labels are designed to be 100% compatible with both Primera-branded and DTM-branded hardware.

 

Q. Can you supply custom shapes, like circles or ovals?

A. Absolutely. As a UK thermal label supplier, we have a massive library of cutters for circular, oval, and unique shapes. If we don’t have it, we can create a bespoke die for your brand.

 

Q. Are these labels water-resistant?

A. When paired with the correct ink (typically pigment) and our synthetic Poly White Gloss or Matte materials, your labels will be highly resistant to water, oils, and smudging.

 

Q. How quickly can I get delivery?
