These 102mm × 152 mm direct thermal labels are a compatible equivalent to Zebra part number 800284-605. They are designed for use in direct thermal label printers and require no ink, toner, or ribbon. The labels produce high-contrast, scannable prints and feature a permanent adhesive to ensure secure attachment to packaging during handling and transit.

The plain white direct thermal labels are made from the best premium economy thermal paper available. They have a high quality strong permanent adhesive and are supplied on a honey-glassine backing paper for compatibility with a wide variety of desktop label printers. This product is wound onto a 25mm core and has an outside diameter of 115mm. Because these labels have a thermal coating no additional ink ribbon is required to print them. All of the labels we supply are BPA free to ensure no harmful bisphenol A is used in the manufacturing process.

Q: Are these equivalent thermal labels compatible with all direct thermal printers?
A: These 102mm × 152 mm direct thermal labels are compatible with most desktop and industrial direct thermal label printers. Always check your printer’s maximum label width to ensure proper fit.

Q: What is permanent adhesive?
A: Permanent adhesive is designed to form a long-lasting bond once applied. After the label is fixed in place, it is difficult to remove without tearing the label or leaving residue behind.
