102mm x 102mm Direct Thermal Labels, 4 x 4 inches Square

These 102mm × 102mm direct thermal labels are square, thermal-coated labels designed for use with small desktop direct thermal label printers. They feature a permanent adhesive for secure attachment during handling and transit. Because they use direct thermal paper, they produce clear, high-contrast prints without the need for ribbons, ink, or toner. All labels are BPA-free and supplied on a roll suitable for compact desktop printer spindles.

These labels are ideal for small businesses, e-commerce sellers, warehouses, and offices that use direct thermal label printers for shipping, identification, and barcode labelling. They are especially popular for DPD shipping labels due to the square format and are also widely used for product tags, inventory labels, and parcel identification where a larger square label is required.

These plain white direct thermal labels are made from the best premium economy thermal paper available.  They have a high quality strong permanent adhesive and are supplied on a honey-glassine backing paper for compatibility with a wide variety of desktop label printers. This product is wound onto a 25mm core and has an outside diameter of 99mm. Because these labels have a thermal coating no additional ink ribbon is required to print them. All of the labels we supply are BPA free to ensure no harmful bisphenol A is used in the manufacturing process.
