Labelmate LD-165-RS Label Dispenser – Standard Labels

The Labelmate LD-165-RS is a powered label dispenser designed for fast, accurate peel-and-present dispensing of standard (non-clear) labels up to 165mm wide. Using advanced opto-electronic technology and a reflective sensor positioned beneath the label, it reliably detects the leading edge of each label and presents it ready for immediate application.

As soon as the operator removes a label, the next one is automatically advanced and positioned perfectly, making the LD-165-RS ideal for production benches, packing stations and manual labelling workflows where wider labels are required.

Important: This model is not suitable for clear or transparent labels.

The LD-165-RS is ready to use in under 30 seconds, with one simple adjustment to match the label length. Switching between label sizes is quick and easy, helping to minimise downtime in busy working environments.
